Worked in a fast paced environment where the recruiter directly interacts with hiring managers, contractors and co-workers.

Outstanding verbal and written communications skills and possess a thorough understanding of internet recruitment, direct sourcing and search strategies.

• 3 years domain knowledge of Healthcare, either payer or provider side

• 5 years related experience doing analysis, requirements definition and implementation of custom features in an enterprise application environment (Java, C or .NET)

• 4 Years experience with Web Architecture
