Operations Manager - Technical Support HCL
Should have excellent knowledge and experience in Statistical Analysis of different kinds of data (incoming/outgoing call volume)Exposure to ITIL/ISO20K would be a plus.
Looking for Candidates from ITES Business / Support Business The potential candidate should have the following experience/skills.
o Capacity Planning (all types of resources)
o Roster management
o Running Reports for different stakeholders
o Tracking Escalations
o Support Operations Metrics – Definition and Reports
